COPPERSKY is a rock band with a classic rock outfit; guitars, bass, drums and vocals. They create modern rock, influenced by classic and alternative rock.

Musically speaking; picture a cocktail of Pearl Jam, The Who & Led Zeppelin. Think of a bass player, seemingly born of a romance between John Entwistle and John Paul Jones and a guitarist with Neil Young inspired rock riffs and licks with a Pete Townshend-meets-the-War-on-Drugs-like sound and stage presence. Backed by a drummer with Keith Moon’s adventurous and playful blood in his veins but as tight as Bill Ward. Picture all that and then think of it fronted by a lead singer instilled with the honesty and raw emotion reminiscent of Eddy Vedder and Bruce Springsteen.

Every COPPERSKY show is unique because improvisation is seen as a crucial live element. Always pushing boundaries and not having everything planned out beforehand, COPPERSKY’s strength is their ability to try out new things live on the spot without ever losing their other strength: great songs.

Mit dabei ist außerdem Travels & Trunks, der an diesem Tag die Veröffentlichung seiner neuen Platte feiert. Nach über 300 Konzerten in Deutschland und dem angrenzenden Ausland, einer fast ausverkauften Debut EP und etlichen Stunden im Studio, erscheint am 28.09.2018 das lang ersehnte Debut-Album des umtriebigen Dortmunders und seiner Band.
